Policies

Cancellation Policy:
We enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled or missed with less than 24 hour-notice will result in a charge or loss of that session fee.  Call or text 317-345-8283 to cancel or reschedule your appointments.   Inconsistent attendance or several no-shows may also result in the loss of a standing appointment time and session fee. Please keep in mind that these policies are in place as a courtesy to our other clients.

Package Policies:
All packages have a 6 month expiration, are non-transferable
No Refunds.

Scheduling:
All Reformer private and duet sessions are by appointment only. Payment is required at the time of booking to hold your space.

Attire:
For all Reformer Pilates sessions please wear comfortable exercise clothing and be prepared to exercise barefoot or in socks. Loose fitting shorts are discouraged in these classes for your privacy.

Studio Etiquette:
We ask that you respect the privacy of others in the duet sessions by refraining from the use of cell phones and ask the noise level to a minimum to ensure all clients enjoy their exercise experience. In addition, all classes will be scheduled for 55 minutes in duration.
